To become a Registered CRT Service Provider and access all program features we need to know more about you. In order to maintain consistently high standards in the provision of this program, its use is limited to persons with professional association in the health care or dementia care related fields. Successful CRT Service Providers include: Dementia care professionals, Psychologists, Nurses, Home Care providers, Social Workers, Geriatric Care Managers, Gerontologists and Psychotherapists.

In order to become a Registered CRT Service Provider you must attend and successfully complete the CRT Service Provider Seminar Training.
Registration:
To date, over 100 health care professionals have successfully completed the CRT training program.
Training seminars are held monthly in Calgary, Canada and Las Vegas, USA or on-site at your location. Training is held over three days and includes didactic, observational and practical sessions. Classes are limited to no more than six participants per session.
The CRT designation offered by the Cognitive Retention Therapy Program attests to your character and qualifications to provide CRT to persons with AD, brain injury and dementia. Participants will be issued a Registered Certificate upon successful completion of the training program.
It is the CRT Program’s objective to support and market CRT only through our registered providers.
